Emotional Growth Group

We are starting a new group that will be focusing on emotional growth. We will address many topics, including emotional maturity, emotional regulation, and other mental health issues facing us all.

We are here to help you live your fullest and happiest life, by helping you to systematically improve your self-image, develop deeper relationships, and experience more joy in your life! Transform YOUR life!

The New Emotional Growth Group will meet every other Thursday, from 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm, starting on August 4th. The cost to attend will be $20 per meeting and financial assistance will be available to those that need it.
