"She Heals, She Leads® Series—an intimate 1day experience for women to deepen emotional wisdom, reclaim inner strength, and move forward up"
About this Event

Duration: 8 hours (including breaks) | Format: In-person / In-house / Online / Hybrid Certification: Course Completion Certification | Credits: 8 CEUs/CPDs/PDUs
This 1-day Emotional Empowerment course, offered under the She Heals – She Leads® series from Wisdom Hub, is a research-informed, psychologically safe immersion designed to help women reclaim emotional clarity, confidence, and self-trust. Grounded in emotional intelligence research, nervous-system science, and self-compassion psychology, the experience challenges harmful gender conditioning while reframing emotions as intelligence rather than weakness.

Across six carefully sequenced modules, participants move from awareness to self-worth, boundaries, and resilience. Through guided reflection, practical tools, and supportive group processes, women learn to validate themselves, communicate assertively, and respond to stress with steadiness instead of overwhelm. The result is not “fixing emotions,” but reclaiming them as a source of power.

What changes you will take back home after an 8-hour experience!
You leave with:

  • Clear emotional language and awareness
  • Reduced guilt, people-pleasing, and emotional over-responsibility
  • Stronger self-worth independent of external validation
  • Practical boundary-setting and assertive communication tools
  • Nervous-system regulation skills for stress and overwhelm
  • Confidence to express needs and anger without apology
  • A personalized emotional resilience toolkit for daily life

Net shift: calmer nervous systems, clearer decisions, stronger boundaries, and emotionally grounded leadership within yourself and beyond.

Agenda

🕑: 09:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Module 1: Emotional Awareness & Safety

Info: This module creates a foundation of trust and emotional safety by helping participants understand emotions without shame or self-judgment. Through guided reflection and grounding practices, women learn to recognize core emotions, notice body–emotion signals, and distinguish healthy emotional awareness from overwhelm. The module gently challenges common myths about women being “too emotional,” allowing participants to feel seen, regulated, and emotionally present from the start.

🕑: 10:15 AM - 10:30 AM
Coffee Break (15 minutes)
🕑: 10:30 AM - 11:45 AM
Module 2: Gender Conditioning & Emotional Labor

Info: This module explores how gender conditioning shapes emotional responses, guilt, and people-pleasing behaviors. Participants examine the invisible emotional labor women often carry, recognize patterns of over-responsibility, and begin releasing unnecessary self-blame. Through reflection and discussion, women reconnect with their needs and boundaries.

🕑: 11:45 AM - 01:00 PM
Module 3: Self-Worth & Emotional Confidence

Info: Focused on internal validation, this module helps participants separate self-worth from external approval. Women learn to recognize and soften the inner critic, develop self-compassion as a strength, and build emotionally supportive self-talk. The result is increased confidence and emotional steadiness.

🕑: 01:00 PM - 01:30 PM
Lunch Break (30 minutes)
🕑: 01:30 PM - 02:45 PM
Module 4: Anger, Boundaries & Assertive Expression

Participants learn how unexpressed anger impacts well-being, how to set boundaries without guilt, and how to communicate needs assertively. Practical exercises support confident and respectful emotional expression.

🕑: 02:45 PM - 04:00 PM
Module 5: Emotional Regulation & Stress Resilience

Info: Grounded in nervous-system science, this module equips participants with tools to manage stress, anxiety, and emotional burnout. Women learn to recognize fight, flight, and freeze responses and practice simple regulation techniques that restore calm and clarity. The focus is on sustainability and everyday resilience.

🕑: 04:00 PM - 04:15 PM
Coffee Break (15 minutes)
🕑: 04:15 PM - 05:00 PM
Module 6: Integration, Reflection & Closure

Info: The final module supports integration of learning through reflection, intention setting, and group closure. Participants identify key takeaways, anchor emotional insights, and leave with a sense of completion and direction. Practical take-home tools help extend learning beyond the training day.

Activities and Hands-on Practice

Info: All modules are highly interactive and include guided activities, real-world case studies, hands-on practice, role plays, reflective mapping, personal planning, and experiential exercises to ensure practical application and meaningful learning.
