This is a restorative and therapeutic immersion to release emotional blockages, reconnect with yourself, gain mental clarity, heal emotionally and discover your strength and potential.
This retreat will initiate your healing and promote your personal growth as you relax, quieten the mind, release and remove unwanted emotions, find inner peace, power and happiness.
This retreat will help you transform by releasing stress, stuck emotions, past traumas, letting go of what no longer serves you, reclaiming your personal power, and inner peace. Expect to release emotional blockages, stress, anxiety, grief, stagnate energy, and increase your energetic capacity to heal.
Throughout the retreat, Brain Integration techniques will be used to promote wellbeing and your infinite potential. You will feel more relaxed and calm. Brain Integration Technique is a method that uses Applied Kinesiology, Biofeedback, the mudra system, energy work and acupressure points. It is a relaxing non-invasive technique that permanently improves the flow of information in the brain by removing the stressors. This relaxing technique stimulates the natural healing process of the body. Reducing stress, anxiety and helping to release stuck emotions. Specific issues and fears can be addressed during a session.
Besides this there will be time for fun group activities as well as personal time and space for you to connect with yourself.
