Developing self awareness and control
Lift yourself to a practice that’ll keep you centred under the spotlight, help you channel your feelings – and engage interactions – not just at work, but in every context where you connect with people. Empathizing with others emotions
In this session you will learn to identify the warning signs of when others are not coping and the corresponding skills to engage and negotiate with people.
