👣Our body is a living story: every bone, every muscle carries memory, meaning, and wisdom. What if your aches and pains had something to tell you? What if the body has been quietly communicating all along, waiting for you to listen?

🧠Join me for the first in a series of Emotional Anatomy Workshops, where we’ll explore the skeletal and muscular systems through both a physical and emotional lens.
Together, we’ll enquire into:
-What do the bones and muscles represent energetically and emotionally?
-What core beliefs might be held deep within them?
-How can awareness and compassion help release old patterns held in the body?

👂Through guided embodiment practices, group enquiry, and intuitive exploration, you’ll be supported to tune into your own body’s intelligence and uncover what it has to share.
