Hey parents! Do you need a break that will open time for you to practice self-care without little ones constantly interrupting? Now is your chance. Drop your kids off at Wise Family Wellness for two days (four hours each day) of searching for evidence and clues to solve the mysteries of emotions! Together with their emotions squad, your littles will learn to read body language and facial expressions, work with each other on identifying big feelings, and engage in therapeutic team-building activities. The cost covers supplies, and lunch. We look forward to solving emotion mysteries with your kiddos!
