Formed in 2014, EFT is one of the hottest young acts on the UK jazz scene. Comprising Emily Francis on piano/keys, bassist Trevor Boxall, and drummer Jamie Murray, the band’s music reflects an eclectic mix of late 60s/70s electronic jazz, progressive rock and pop, Scandinavian jazz, and artists from the current New York scene. 2022 saw the release of their successful album "LUMA", with Jazzwise's Nick Hasted hailing it a "thing of rare beauty". Launched at the famous Ronnie Scott's, the band are continuing their tour of the UK to showcase songs from the album, as well as brand new compositions fresh for 2023 to highlight their ever evolving brand of prog-jazz.
