Come join us for a fun and creative art class at the beautiful Carr House National Historic Site! In this session, we will be drawing inspiration from the legendary artist Emily Carr and focusing on capturing the beauty of birds in our artwork. About the instructor
Helga Strauss is an artist, educator, and therapeutic arts practitioner. She is also a tree lover and writes a monthly column called Glorious Trees in our Neighborhood for the James Bay Beacon. In her personal art practice, she creates art every day, following her joy and curiosity. As a teacher for over 30 years, she encourages her students to do the same.
