This year, Emerging Leaders United is focusing on improving literacy rates for young children across Tarrant County through our partnership with the Dolly Parton Imagination Library. Children enrolled in this program, established by country music legend Dolly Parton and managed by United Way of Tarrant County, receive one FREE BOOK each month, ages birth through five.
Emerging Leaders United’s $25 membership dues provides children with free books for one year!
