Meet your inner critic - the voice of self-doubt that keeps you small. Through teaching, reflection, and partnered conversation, you'll learn to recognize this voice, understand what it's protecting you from, and discover how to turn down its volume.

What Wants to Emerge (60 minutes)
Through guided meditation, journaling, and reflection, you'll explore what's ready to emerge in your life. You'll identify what's asking to be seen and design one small leap - a concrete action you can take in the two weeks following the workshop to honor that emergence.

Final reflections and meaningful conversation to close our time together
