Emergencies can happen at any time and knowing life-saving skills can make a critical difference for your family and community! During a cardiac arrest, using Hands-Only CPR and an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) can improve a person's chance of survival.

When life-threatening bleeding occurs, knowing how to recognize a life-threatening bleed and what methods to use to the stop bleeding can save a person's life. Learn how to provide Hands-Only CPR, use an AED, and how to Stop the Bleed©. 🩸
