We invite you to a special Soundbath and Breathwork event, held with the intention of raising funds to support a victim of domestic violence. This urgent fundraiser aims to provide the necessary resources for the recipient to safely flee their current situation.
Some of you out there know that it can be damn near impossible to get out of a domestic violence living situation with a child.
The Soundbath will begin with a brief breathworks practice in order to prepare ourselves to receive the healing frequencies of instruments played. I will be using Crystal sound bowls, various drums, native drums. rainsticks, thunder drums, ocean drums, Gongs, handpan, and other various percussion instruments. Please arrive early. space is limited so please book early. *disclaimer if you are prone to seizures or have epilepsy you should not participate in any breathworks practice (You can still enjoy the soundbath). *Also if you have a pacemaker or insulin pump you should not attend a soundbath.* The frequencies can affect the small parts in these devices. $20 suggested donation, pay a little more for the cause if you choose. *Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow etc. Anything to make you feel comfortable laying on the ground.* Pre Register and Come Early. Events typically sell out.
