- Hands-on practical work on the floor: CPR on a first aid dummy and the recovery position

Jay Rowlinson, Chief Executive of Mansfield Forward BID and a qualified SkillBase First Aid instructor. Mansfield Forward BID runs and delivers the course; SkillBase First Aid supplies the syllabus, materials and certificates.
What to bring
Wear comfortable clothes, as there is practical work on the floor. Bring a pen, and reading glasses if you need them.
