Anyone looking to develop the confidence to provide immediate assistance in an emergency
Employees nominated to act as an Emergency First Aider
Staff who may need to respond to workplace emergencies
During this practical one-day course, delegates will cover:
Assessing an incident and ensuring scene safety
Managing an unresponsive casualty
CPR and the safe use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
Recognising and responding to heart attacks
Managing bleeding and shock
Treating choking incidents
Responding to burns and seizures
Dealing with minor injuries and common workplace emergencies
