Spring has a way of inviting us to begin again, not in a dramatic, overhaul-your-life way, but in a soft, grounded, come-back-to-yourself kind of way.
Emergence Within is a one-day spring wellness retreat designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with what’s quietly growing within you.
Through our signature 5-phase experience, Arrival, Release, Restore, Resonance, and Reflection, you’ll be gently guided through a day that supports both body and mind, creating space for true reset and renewal.
We’ll gather for our cacao ceremony, move through grounding yoga, and take part in a hands-on floral arrangement workshop, a special Mother’s Day offering where you’ll create something beautiful to bring home with you. We’ll close the day with a deeply restorative acupuncture sound bath.
This experience is about space. Space to breathe. To reflect. To listen inward, without pressure or expectation.
If you’ve been feeling stretched thin, overwhelmed, or simply in need of a pause, you don’t need to show up any certain way. You don’t need to have answers or intentions already formed. This is a space to exhale, to feel supported, and to be gently held through a day of nourishment and care.
