After our time together, you will have discovered the joy, power and confidence in your voice, your singing and yourself as never before. You will have learned how to sing your favourite song(s), and how to use the voice, music and body flow to discharge pent up emotions and transform inner blockages, as well as how to connect to nature and the four elements to keep opening your voice and freeing your inner landscape.
You will also start to feel more confident to speak up in life and set clear boundaries, and have a solid technical foundation and understanding of how to keep growing and moving towards your most authentic voice.
How will it look and what is included?
- We will join in person every other week. Each session will last 3h where I will take you through playful voice liberation exercises, vocal techniques, vocal sound healing, intuitive singing, play, movement, and embodied vision™ subconscious belief work.
- Receive access to Lilo’s online course "Your Courageous Voice—Unleashed” which consists of 6 modules including a workbook + pre-recorded videos. (Access after course remains)
- You’ll also receive access to our online community space where you can stay connected with Lilo and other participants throughout and after the program. On this platform, you can ask Lilo any questions, share your inspirations and thoughts, and work with spontaneous exercises from Lilo in between sessions.

The program will run from April 1-June 30 with our first in-person session on April 13 and our last on June 29. You will receive access to the online program and community platform on the 1st of April and continue to have access after the program ends.
Our in-person sessions will be on Sundays from 16:05-19:05
April 13, April 27, May 11, May 25, May 8, June 22
June 29 (Closing - Bonus Session)
If you can't attend the live session, I've got you ;). I will record the sessions and although it is not the same as attending live, you also have plenty of material to work with in the online course.
If Mother's Day, May 11 is an issue for most people, we will postpone the session until the next week or the morning.

Hi, my name is Lilo... I am a singer-songwriter, voice liberation coach and voice artist. I have been trained at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels and the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City.
I started to sing only at a later age of 19 years and embarked on my spiritual journey almost simultaneously. When I gave into my desire for singing, my whole world opened up. I started to feel more alive, clear and confident. I soon fell upon the teachings of A Course in Miracles and other non-dual teachings during my time in NYC. Before this, I did a lot of self-development work, therapy and took a course in transcendental meditation.
After my studies and time in the theater industry in New York, I was led to live in a devoted ACIM monastery for almost 2 years. This is when I started discovering the incredible healing power of the voice.
I came to realize that my voice had been helping me to self-regulate in very stressful times, work through trauma and limiting beliefs and patterns, and how it had opened me to the tremendous joy I had stored inside and my connection to myself and God.
After leaving the monastery and upon returning home, I felt guided to share this healing work with others. I then discovered that no voice is exempt from the gift of singing and speaking, and stepping into confidence and clarity.
I love the human voice and all it can do for us. I believe that every individual voice serves as an indispensable and distinct thread, intricately contributing to the beautiful tapestry of life on this earthly canvas, leading us Home to the One Self—One Consciousness—God.
