After these 12 immersive weeks together, you will have discovered the joy and confidence with your singing again and know the power of music, voice and movement to recenter, discharge and release emotional blocks, trauma and stress.
You will have learned essential and (in my experience) most-powerful techniques to help you unleash the full potential of your voice and tap into your authentic message.
We will play around with your favorite songs or poems, and sing together in group, as well as play around with sounds and different ways of singing to bring out the power and full range of your voice.
This time will also be a wonderful way to reconnect with yourself and your inner voice, while becoming part of a beautiful in person and online community of voice lovers who have stepped on this path of breaking free with their singing once and for all. I truly believe our differences are not our limitations; they're what make us, US, and make us capable of expressing ourselves in our own unique and extraordinary way.
Music is a universal language which we can all understand, no matter where we come from. It can help us get in touch with our core and express what we truly feel. In this, we will start to feel more connected to ourselves and the world around us.
Hi, my name is Lilo... I am a singer-songwriter, voice liberation coach and voice artist. I have been trained at the Conservatory of Brussels and the American Musical and Dramatic Academy of NYC.
I embarked on my spiritual journey almost simultaneously as when I started to sing, and fell upon the teachings of A Course in Miracles and other non-dual teachings during my time in NYC. Before this, I did a lot of self-development, went to therapy and took a training in trancendental meditation.
After my studies and time in the theater industry in NYC, I was led to live in a devoted ACIM monastery for almost 2 years. Here is when I started discovering the wonderful healing power of our voice.
I came to realize that my voice had been helping me to self-regulate in very stressful times, work through trauma and limiting beliefs and patterns, and found tremendous joy and connection to myself and God.
Upon returning home, I felt guided to share this healing work with others.
I then discovered that no voice is exempt from the gift of singing and speaking, and stepping into confidence and clarity.
I love the human voice and all it can do for us. I believe that every individual voice serves as an indispensable and distinct thread, intricately contributing to the beautiful tapestry of life on this earthly canvas, leading us Home to the One Self—One Consciousness—God.
