Emerald Rain's six-week series focuses on developing proper arm swing mechanics to improve hitting efficiency and power. Athletes will learn correct movement patterns while prioritizing shoulder health through structured band warm-ups and cool-downs for injury prevention. Sessions are led by an experienced exercise science trainer and emphasize long-term durability and on-court success.

Location: Hilltop Heritage MS (formerly Jason Lee MS) in North Tacoma
