EMDR Basic Training

EMDR Basic Training Hosted by Strive CounselingDates: October 1-3, 2026 (Part 1) & November 5-7, 2026 (Part 2) from 8:30am- 4:30 pmThis is the complete EMDR Basic Training approved by the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA).
Participants will learn the EMDR psychotherapy approach, the basic eight-phase EMDR protocol, the Adaptive Information Processing Model, and how to incorporate EMDR into their practice. This course will consist of didactic presentations, live demonstrations, supervised practicum, and case consultations. Participants must attend the full training and attend five 2-hour consultation groups to receive a certificate of completion in EMDR Basic Training. Five 2-hour consultation groups will be provided by the trainer (these are included in the cost of the training).About the Trainer: Jaimie Dutoit, MS, LPC-S, LPC-MHSP, is an EMDRIA Approved Clinician, Consultant, and Trainer.

She is licensed in both Mississippi and Tennessee and is the Chief Operating Officer of Hope Enrichment Center. Jaimie specializes in treating Complex PTSD, Dissociation, and Chronic Suicidal Ideation, and has presented various trainings on these topics.
