Embracing Your FertilityBringing awareness to their inner relationships. Develop a deeper relationship with feminine essence, using Qigong visualizations, nutrition, and community.
Discussions-
Kristin - Kristin Swann will share from her 18 years of Qigong experience a simple and effective visualization and practice called "Woman's Treasure" This Qigong exercise helps women to connect to their bodies and their reproductive organs in a deep and meaningful way. Kristin was practicing this exercise regularly as part of her fertility journey.
Heather - Understanding your menstrual cycle and how to support yourself through each phase to optimize conception and the importance of making a good egg. How acupuncture can help with conception including unexplained infertility
**Snacks will be served along with a discussion of Chinese Medicine food cures
**Take-home goodies: Exercises and meditations to practice at home. Lists of foods, supplements, and sources.
Instructors: Kristin Swann, Aileen Hinman, and Heather Moore are licensed acupuncturists specializing in fertility enhancement and are committed to supporting women through their fertility journey.
