WHAT TO BRING
Bring an Object that is symbolic of the Wild as you experience it today. Wear comfortable clothes that supports you to move.
Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
DESCRIPTION
In this circle, we will explore the Wild that is ingrained in our feminine bodies as instinct, as presence, as pulsation, as rhythm, as ancient memory. We will talk about the Wild, reflect on it and make space to step into it and explore it in our bodies through breath, movement, and voice.
