Embracing the Spring Equinox

🌤️ If you’re feeling ready to crack through the winter ice and catalyze your body and mind into intentional action, please join our Spring Equinox celebration on Saturday, March 21st, from 2:30-4:30pm!

🌬️ We will begin with a clearing ritual to help us release the heavy energy of the winter before we usher in the fresh air of the new season. During our two hours together, we'll explore accessible movement, meditation, journaling, community sharing, and more — all in the name of energizing a time of rebirth. Plant the seeds with potent intention for the coming season in a supportive and earnest environment. 🤗 🫂

💓 We know not everyone can easily feel comfortable spending time with the body. This event will be tenderly held with a trauma-informed practitioner, Karolína Kristína Chorváth, who can assist this brave work in a gentle and safe way.

☕️ This fully-immersive and holistic event will be set to binaural beats and also include a ritual with homemade caffeine free tea to energize the spirit. To literalize the potency of intention behind planting seeds for the coming season, participants will be gifted wildflower seeds. 🌱🪻
