This 2-hour workshop is a sacred space for women entering or navigating the Crone phase - whether through menopause, life transition, or spiritual awakening. Through gentle meridian-focused Yin yoga, guided meditation, and honest conversation, we will honor the Crone as a powerful, sovereign archetype. Participants will learn how to listen to their changing bodies, release societal shame around aging, and step fully into menopausal maturity as a spiritual initiation
