Embracing the Critic: An Intuitive Art Workshop

Intuitive art is unplanned, expressive art, that taps into underlying thoughts and feelings. In this workshop, we will use mixed-media to create a series of six abstract art pieces. The focus will be on process rather than product. Through art practice, mindfulness, experimentation, and play, participants will learn how to have a better relationship with their inner critic.
In this 2-hour workshop, we will take time to connect with ourselves, create art, reflect on the process, and strengthen connections with others. This workshop is open to people of all skill-levels and abilities (especially those who struggle with perfectionism and self-doubt).
