Tobias Gould:

Tobias Gould operates at the intersection of enterprise, innovation, and community impact. As a serial social entrepreneur he specialises in transforming "good intentions" into robust, fundable, and commercially viable business models. Tobias excels at translating complex business strategy into highly accessible, practical learning experiences.

Tobias is currently co delivering on the Charnwood Buisiness Growth and Innovation Programme:https://luinc.uk/programs/business-growth/ With over a decade of experience, Tobias has supported hundreds of social ventures and SMEs to scale and rethink their operations. He is a recognised expert in design thinking and business model innovation, having facilitated over 100 projects to help organisations create new income streams and move from grant dependency to sustainable trading. His work often focuses on developing "community business models," where customers transition into highly involved brand participants.

Tobias Gould is the Social Entrepreneur in Residence at LUinc, an Honorary Fellow, Associate, and Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of Leicester School of Business (ULSB), specialising in executive education and business innovation. He is on the authoring team and an expert facilitator for the UK Government’s flagship 'Help to Grow: Management' course, having delivered highly interactive strategy modules to over 300 business leaders.

Recognised for his curriculum design expertise, he was also selected to write scripts for the newly developed digital short-form course, 'Help to Grow Management Essentials'.

Assisting organisations in accessing grant funding and tax incentives to drive innovation, Sam is the person to talk to for engineering and tech companies interested in starting or expanding their R&D capabilities.

Mike Petty

Director of Loughborough Surface Analysis Ltd, Mike directs an established and well-known laboratory in Loughborough providing contract analysis and solutions using advanced analytical techniques capable of probing down to the nanoscale.

Mike is known to many industries, providing R&D and QC services for semiconductors, metals and coatings, adhesives, ceramics and other processes.
