Hands up if you’ve struggled to love part/s of your body.
Keep them up if you’ve looked in the mirror and thought, “Urgh, I wish I didn’t look like this!”.
Or if you avoid looking in the mirror altogether because you don’t like what you see.
If the number on the scales or shopping for clothes has ever made you cry?
If you’ve been out or found yourself scrolling through Insta comparing yourself to these ‘beautiful, 'perfect’ women, and thought of all the ways that you are not?
. . .
Guess what... you aren't alone!
I see you and feel you in that, and I'm here to tell you that it gets to shift.
The struggle and constant battle with yourself doesn't have to be your reality forever.
You get to create a different relationship with yourself and your body.
That's why Embracing Her - a Journey to Self-Love & Body Confidence was created!
. . .
So what does it mean to Embrace Her?
1. To accept and embrace every single part of you that makes you, you
2. The continued journey of practising complete self-love
3. To discover the joy of body confidence
4. To embody your feminine power
Embracing Her is a truly powerful experience. This is NOT a workshop where you just sit and take notes while we talk. This IS the kind of workshop where you get to experience self-love, self-worth and body confidence on all levels - mind, body and soul.

As women, there is a societal ‘ideal beauty standard’ that we often feel pressured to achieve. And it’s pushed on us hundreds of times a day. And if we don’t meet those standards? Well, we often consider ourselves less than, not good enough, unworthy.
However, there is also a beautiful movement, a powerful coming together of women and men, who know that this needs to stop. And we are here to support you on your journey to embrace and embody this mindset change.
. . .
Embracing Her is for you if you’re ready to…
- Make a change and commit to honouring your true beauty, inside and out,
- Let go of shame and negativity around your body and appearance,
- Ignite a new level of love for yourself and your body,
- Be held, seen and supported by women who are on this journey with you,
- Take the time to reconnect with yourself and fill up your cup, and
- Start loving what you see in the mirror.
What you get to take away from this workshop
- Self-love and body-love tools you can implement at home
- Connection and community with like-minded women
- A follow up call to check in on you and your integration
- Access to my online community The Soul Sisters Collective for further inspiration and support
