About this Event
Embracing Fall: Letting Go with a Grateful Heart ?
Fall is often seen as a time of reflection and transition, carrying deep spiritual wisdom. As nature prepares for winter's dormancy, fall encourages us to slow down, reflect, and prepare for introspection. It's a reminder that rest and reflection are essential for renewal.
With Fall we learn to let go and release what does not serve us - old habits, grudges, or even dreams that are not aligned with our current path. We are invited to connect with everything we have “harvested” in the past cycle, encouraging us to reflect on what we have cultivated in our lives. It's an opportunity to practice gratitude for our blessings and the lessons learned throughout the year.
As the leaves turn and the air becomes crisp, we invite you to join us for a transformative fall immersion designed to deepen your connection with the season’s wisdom. Together, we’ll explore the themes of letting go and gratitude through a blend of embodiment practices and artistic expression.
Throughout our time together, you’ll engage in movement and cleansing practices to release what no longer serves you, allowing space for new beginnings. We’ll also delve into creative art activities that invite reflection and gratitude for the blessings in our lives.
This immersive experience offers a safe and supportive space to connect with nature and each other, celebrating the beauty of change and the importance of surrender. Bring your open heart and a willingness to explore!
Date: November 18th
Time: 1 pm to 4 pm
Location: FICA - 2513 Magnolia St. Oakland
We look forward to sharing this enriching journey with you. ✨
