Join Holly and Catia, two real women, psychologists and holistic practitioners at Skylark cafe at leafy Wandsworth Common in South West London.
Expect a space for dialogue, reflection, self-expression, relaxation and belonging.A unique combination integrating Psychology, Mindfulness and Holistic Nutrition.
Expect a Psychology-informed workshop on how to access and polish your self-compassion, a nature-based body-mind mindfulness activity, and a compassionate letter exercise that will help you to explore and embrace even more your compassionate-self through writing.Also, home-made nutritious and compassionate snacks/drinks to keep you nourished and connected throughout the day.
