Embracing All Of You

Embracing All of You is a unique healing experience, weaving together yin yoga, Reiki, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work. This workshop invites you to honor the many parts of yourself—the joy, the grief, the anger, the courage—with compassion and curiosity. Through guided meditation, journaling, mindful movement, and hands-on energy healing, you’ll explore your inner landscape, release stagnant energy, and cultivate deeper self-connection. We’ll close with ecstatic dance to celebrate presence and community. This journey is for everyone—no prior yoga or meditation experience is needed.
