Come join us for a fun and inclusive Pilates class designed specifically for plus size bodies! This class is perfect for beginners, so no need to worry if you're new to Pilates. Our experienced instructor will guide you through a series of gentle exercises to help you build strength, flexibility, and confidence. AND AFTER... join us as we gather at Hanks for brunch!
ABOUT THE CLASS

Pilates style hour workout and stretching with fun music, option dumbbells and some mats provided. Follow along at your own pace, take breaks and listen to your body, throughout the class. This is free to attend but $5 tip or more is highly encouraged to our incredible instructor Este!
