Embrace the Namaste 🌻Embrace Energy is all about cultivating a positive relationship with oneself and others — and we love to do so through yoga. We are partnering with @thecrowsnestfitness and @feelgoodfitnesstucson to bring you an experience that will both ground you and lift you up.

What to Bring: Yoga mat, block, water, open mind!
All levels are welcome — beginners are encouraged to attend!
We will be combining a combination of vinyasa, ashtanga, and hatha with a focus on meditation, breathing, and intention setting. 🧘♀️
