Embodyoga® is merging of Hatha yoga, Body-Mind-Centering®, and Tantric philosophy. From the founder Patty Townsend, “Each posture and movement expresses itself from the inside out and is specific to the individual and the moment in time.” Embodyoga® is a guided exploration from your cells to the complex systems of the whole self. Starting with the acceptance of what is, we find whole-body support within ourselves and in our surroundings before we move. Whether taking one, or multiple classes I hope to give you the opportunity to slow down and allow the innate intelligence of your body to hold and move you. This will class will be weekly & included in memberships/packs!
