Guided breathwork clears stagnant energy, centers us in the body, and awakens inner intelligence. This yin practice helps release stress, expand awareness, and prepare us to step fully into embodied presence.

From stillness into movement, we dance to free the body, ignite joy, and circulate life force energy. Movement becomes prayer as we embody balance between the heart of the Condor and the vision of the Eagle.

Immersed in the resonant tones of monochord, crystal bowls, and chimes, we close by raising our frequency and aligning with the divine. The soundscape carries us deeper into integration—heart, mind, body, and spirit in harmony.
