🔥 Becoming Kali: A Somatic and Shamanic Journey Through Her 3 Faces
Are you ready to meet the Goddess who sees through your illusions, burns through your fear, and loves you into your truth?
She is the Void. She is the Fire. She is the Love that won't let you stay small.
Enter a transformative portal of embodiment, energy, and deep power through the three sacred faces of the goddess Kali.
This 3-hour ritual workshop invites you into a visceral, soul-led exploration of Kali as Mahakali (the Void), Bhadrakali (the Fierce Mother), and Kamala Kali (the Heart).
Together, we will dance, journey, and remember this part of who we are.

🔮 A guided shamanic journey to meet Kali in one of her three forms ~ to receive personal guidance, insight, or initiation
💃 A 60-minute somatic dance arc that moves through the energies of Mahakali, Bhadrakali, and Kamala Kali ~ from surrender to rage to love
🕯️ Ritual and altar work to honour release, reclamation, and rebirth
✍🏼 Reflection + journaling prompts to anchor your transformation

This is not a performance. This is primal, personal, and sacred work. Come ready to open to these aspects of who you are.
This workshop is open to all genders. No dance or shamanic experience required.

Your Facilitators
Lauren Albans is a trauma-informed integrative somatic facilitator, offers guidance, not fixes — an invitation to listen deeply to the wisdom your body already holds. Through nervous system regulation, you’ll learn to access and process your emotions in a grounded, embodied way. She is also a DJ and will be providing the soundscape for the somatic arc of this workshop.
Clare Babbage is an experienced group facilitator and energy worker with training in Applied Psychology, Breathwork, Reiki, Shamanic Practice, and Embodiment. She brings humour, grounded guidance and intuitive support into every session. She is an experienced feminine embodiment practitioner and developed her relationship with Kali through two feminine Mystery schools with Sabrina Lynn. Clare’s approach blends practical tools with deep energetic work, ensuring that what you learn can be used beyond the circle in everyday life.
