Welcome to EMBODYING feminine archetypes - leadership for the feminine soul.
A Three Day Workshop in Open floor Therapy in Motion.
Therapy in Motion is a dynamic methodology that integrates leading psychological concepts into an embodied
movement. In this form of dance therapy the body, mind and emotions are seen as inter-connected, emphasizing
that all aspects of our psychology are in fact experienced through our bodies.
During the workshop, we explore new ways of moving and responding to life with intention and purpose.
We learn to understand our habits and patterns for deeper insight and self awareness. Because the more we embody different responses in our movements, the more resources we can call on to move through life with flexibility, resilience and ease.
On Feminine Archetypes:
In our Western culture, we have lost touch with the initiations that mark life´s significant transitions. We live in a society where dance, ceremonies and spiritual guidance through the different phases of life no longer have their natural place. Many women feel lost or have lost touch with their inner, magical feminine energy.

Embodying feminine archetypes is a transformative journey over 3 full days, where we focus on female embodiment and life´s transitions to reawaken your true nature. Through healing processes, we explore each feminine archetype in a deep, creative and supportive community.
The workshop focuses on the feminine archetypal journey through life:
-The snake woman sheds her skin and moves with the ground and pure libido.
-The wild woman transforms and releases, and is passionate.
-The virgin woman is light and moves with flow, ease and playfulness.
-The mother has a supportive and nurturing approach,
nurturing herself and others.
-The wise woman is centered, she knows stillness where magic finds expression.
What to expect:
Through music, dance and inner development we create a space together where we awaken our unique purpose
and strengthen the bonds of sisterhood. We create a circle of women that share the same longing to consciously
and powerfully embody the feminine expression. It makes a difference in the world when we are embodied with
an open heart, living authentically in harmony and vitality. ❤️
