Welcome to EmbodyHer, a mindfulness art-based workshop that encourages recognition and internal healing within our bodies through meditation, dialogue, and simple drawing.
Presenter: Viminda Shafer is the Community Relations and Development Coordinator at The Project of the Quad Cities. They are passionate about creating spaces where people feel safe and affirmed.
