Embody Yo Body! A Therapeutic Dance Class for All

Come dance your heart awake at an all-levels beginner-friendly dance class. A somatic therapist will lead you into your body, create connection, and awaken the vibrancy, joy & love already within you.

If embodiment is hard for you to or if you're a dance pro, this class will be a space for you to drop in, create some new patterns, and feel at ease.

Every first Tuesday of the month 6:30-8:30 pm

There will be a different theme for every month depending on seasons, intentions, and reflections from the previous month.

The Junkyard Social Club is open to everyone- all bodies, genders, and ages.

Doors open at 6:30.
