Join Alyssa Anaya and Evalena Rose for a heart-opening evening designed to give you an in-depth experience of Tantra. This immersion invites you to gently awaken your body, mind, and spirit through guided practices that cultivate presence, connection, and sacred intimacy.

Together, we will explore:

• Meditation to center and ground into your body
• Tantric breathwork in circle to activate life force energy
• Solo practice to deepen self-awareness and embodiment
• Partnered practices to expand into conscious connection
• Movement practices to awaken vitality, embodied flow, and energy awareness
• Guided connection exercises for attunement and trust

This is a beautiful opportunity to experience Tantra in a safe, welcoming container, while meeting community members who may join us for the deeper journey in our upcoming 5-month Tantra workshop series, Embody the Sacred: Tantric Awakenings. Whether you are curious about Tantra or already walking this path, you will leave with new tools for breath, presence, and connection that can enrich your daily life. Tantra utilizes ecstatic practices as a means to enlightenment.

In this safe and nurturing space, boundaries are honored and celebrated, creating an environment where you can fully immerse yourself in the present moment. Come solo or with a beloved, all are welcome to bask in the radiance of unconditional love and acceptance.

Please note that this ritual requires your full presence, and the use of mind-altering substances is kindly discouraged.

Doors open at 6:30 pm, please arrive by 6:45 to settle in. The evening commences promptly at 7:00 pm. Bring your own blanket and/or cushion, and a water bottle to ensure your comfort.
