In this class, you will connect more deeply to your body while exploring your relationship to pleasure, power and play. With Jax's guidance, you will reclaim moving in a way that FEELS good instead of what LOOKS good.
Through a carefully-curated musical wave (with everything from tribal to pop tunes), you will dance into your sensual, your wild and your playful energies so you can feel empowered and embodied beyond this night!
