Embodiment Practices Workshop

Part of the BEWILDERNESS programming, this workshop offers short activities to introduce participants to a variety of embodiment practices. The workshop will feature interactive exercises from four different Durham-based embodiment practitioners, including Meg Stein. Participants will also have the option to engage in a self-directed art station with embodiment prompts at any point during the workshop.
BEWILDERNESS is an exhibition at PORTAL , which is located at 1320 Old Oxford Rd, Suite 7 in Durham.

On site parking is available, though carpooling is encouraged. The venue has an additional roll-up garage door entrance that can be used for wheelchair accessibility as needed.
