Embodiment Practices as the Portal to Your Divinity

Come to experience the transformative power of somatic experiencing and fascial movement. This specialized workshop focuses on optimizing your physical and psychological health through targeted stretching and movement, addressing tension, interpreting your nervous system, and so much more. Equal parts education and experience.

Parts of the workshop will be physical! (Think: yoga mats, movement, very specific kinds of stretching.) The stretching will improve the health of your fascia, tissues, chi. Our aims will be to boost mobility, reduce stress, release tension, and ease pain and observe the impacts on both our nervous system and our state of mind.

How to Prepare:

Wear comfortable clothes that you can move and stretch in. Please bring something light and healthy to snack on if you will need it. We will take a 20 min break midway through. Food will not be provided. Also bring a water bottle, notepad and something to write with. Some yoga mats will be provided - please bring your own if you have access to one!
