This class dives deep into the healing power of gratitude- not just as a mindset, but as a full-body, nervous system experience. While many of us intellectually “know” that gratitude is a helpful practice, this class explores why simply thinking grateful thoughts isn’t enough to shift our physiology. You’ll learn how true, embodied gratitude changes brain wave patterns and activates parasympathetic states that promote cellular repair, immune regulation, and rewires trauma-conditioned patterns of vigilance and lack. You’ll also learn practical tools to move from cognitive gratitude into felt-sense experiences—especially if you’ve struggled with numbness or resistance to gratitude practices in the past. Together, we’ll identify and overcome common energetic blocks that keep the heart closed, and create a powerful, sustainable gratitude ritual that supports deep healing.
