Embodiment Lab is an exploration of the magnetic heat that naturally sparks when one person consciously embodies the masculine and the other the feminine.

Come join us at The Yoga House - Poughkeepsie for an immersive experience at the Embodiment Lab! Dive into an evening filled with movement, mindfulness, and connection. This in-person event will allow you to explore different practices that promote embodiment and presence. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to the concept, there's something for everyone at the Embodiment Lab. We welcome couples and singles (who will be matched with a partner) and people of all orientations.

We begin with a series of interactive games to deepen connection and open hearts. Then participants will explore the energetics of the masculine and feminine, deepening into their respective poles. The core of the experience is a partnered practice to explore the magnetism and spark that comes from polarity.

People in partnership will practice together. Singles will paired with other singles. We welcome people of all backgrounds and sexual orientations.

There will also be a Q&A to integrate the magic of the practice.
