Embodied Sensuality combines meditation, breathing exercises, dance improvisation, heels choreography, and journaling to help you connect with your sexual energy and improve your confidence. Learn how to break down barriers preventing you from living your life more passionately while in a supportive environment. These skill-sets will not only improve your dance performance, but will translate into the way you carry yourself in everyday life.
This class can be taken in heels or sneakers. If you have a journal, please bring that as well.

This workshop is part of our Sensual Saturday series. After Embodied Sensuality will be the Magic Mike Academy from 6:30-8pm followed by the Seduction Social from 8-10pm. You can purchase tickets individually, or attend the full series at a discounted rate.
