In this end-of-year ritual, we’ll meet the inner perfectionist with compassion, alchemize the patterns that keep you stuck, and awaken the playful creative current that wants to move through you. Through vocal toning/singing, somatic dance, art-making, and embodied writing, you’ll remember what it feels like to create, and live, with freedom instead of pressure.

What You’ll Experience

• Use vocal toning and singing to soften self-judgment and open your expressive channel.
• Somatic Dance that welcomes imperfection as magic.
• Create art from sensation rather than self-critique, draw, mark, scribble and let your body lead.
• Explore embodied writing to translate inner signals into language and insight.
• Build a relationship with your inner perfectionist and transform its grip through curiosity, compassion, and play.
• Leave with practices that support creative aliveness in everyday life.
