This is a 7-day in-person, trauma-informed, experiential immersion where you’ll learn to lead transformational group experiences that create:

This is embodied, practical, high-touch training. You will experience, practice, facilitate, and receive feedback.

WHAT IS EMBODIED PLAY?
The Embodied Play Method™ is a unique modality that fuses:
Somatics • Embodiment • Nervous system work • Authentic Relating • Improv • Tantra • Shadow work • Creative expression • Comedy • Ritual theatre
Embodied Play goes far beyond surface-level games though. It’s about:
✨ Taking off the masks and letting people feel safe to be real
✨ Regulating the nervous system through play (play as a fast-track to safety + resilience)
✨ Creating intimacy and co-regulation quickly through shared risk, laughter, and contact
✨ Being fully present and out of performance
✨ Doing shadow work… playfully so people can meet the parts they’ve hidden, and integrate them with courage
WHAT YOU’LL BE CERTIFIED IN:
By the end of this training you can become certified in:

This means you’ll be able to confidently facilitate 1:1 sessions and group experiences using this work in your own business, retreats, workshops, programs, teams, or community spaces.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
A 7-day immersion packed with experiential learning, real practice, and leadership skill-building.
Most theory is delivered via pre-recorded training before we meet, so our time in the room is practical and alive.
You will learn:
✨ 30+ plug-and-play games for connection, expression, nervous system safety, and bravery
✨ Trauma-informed facilitation skills (including how trauma responses show up and what to do in the moment)
✨ Somatic and nervous system practices you can weave into any space
✨ Somatic Role Releasing Method™ to help clients dissolve limiting identities (good girl, nice guy, rescuer, high achiever, people pleaser, etc.)
✨ Embodied Shadow Play to guide edgy expression, vulnerability, and deep integration through games
✨ Debriefs + integration practices so your games create lasting change (not just a “high”)
✨ Room leadership skills: read the room, shift energy, regain attention, handle dominating dynamics, oversharing, flatness, awkwardness

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR
EJ Love is a speaker, facilitator, and self-proclaimed Queen of Play. After burning out from years of heavy emotional processing work, she rediscovered her true joy and aliveness through improv, dance, authentic relating, somatics and embodied storytelling, and built a method that helps people drop masks, regulate the nervous system, and experience real transformation, connection, intimacy and authentic expression through play. She now trains leaders to weave the medicine of play into their spaces and is a on a mission to to transform the world through Play!
