Join us for Embodied Movement Workshop, a community offering from KINORA, created for Black LGBTQIA+ folx to reconnect with their bodies, confidence and flow. This experience is about more than dance, it’s about building community and nourishing the whole self: mind, body, and spirit.
Together, we’ll explore movement as a practice of freedom, self-expression and sensual confidence. You’ll be guided to move gently, release tension and rediscover the joy of being fully present in your body. If you’re shy or have ever felt uncertain about sensual movement this event was created with you in mind. This space is designed to help you feel safe, supported and celebrated exactly as you are! Just bring yourself, your curiosity and an open heart.
After we move, stay to share light refreshments and conversation. Take time to connect, unwind and root into community with others on the same journey of self-discovery and embodiment.
This workshop invites you to soften, express and remember that your body is a home worthy of love, freedom and confidence in every motion.
