Embodied Mandala Art Workshop
About this Event
There will be four parts to the workshop outlined below.
Visualisation: You will be guided through a meditation to inspire the creative process and begin visualizing your ‘sacred ciorcal’
Orchestrating your idea: After the meditation, you will be invited to select the medium that best suits your vision. A variety of materials, including paints, black ink pens, pencils, and natural elements (such as leaves and rocks), will be available. If you regularly work with a particular medium, you are welcome to bring your own materials. Card will be provided as a canvas
Creative Expression: The core of the workshop will focus on bringing your vision to life. You will fill your ‘sacred ciorcal’ with images, words, or symbols that hold personal meaning. Intentional music will be played to support the creative flow
Closing connection circle: Finally, we will reconnect in a closing circle. There will be an invitation for people to share their creative process and their ‘sacred ciorcals’ if they feel comfortable.
About the facilitator
Rachael is a Clinical Psychologist and artist. Her workshops aim to support people to connect with their creativity, and authentic expression.
The workshop operates on a sliding scale from £8-£15.
