A welcoming space where we come together to heal, reconnect with our bodies, and find a sense of belonging. Through guided conversations, somatic awareness practices, and shared storytelling, we explore how our bodies hold wisdom, faith, and lived experiences. We discuss topics related to spirituality, faith, and everyday life, and how our spiritual lives intersect with the decisions we make each day. Expect a sound bath or a guided somatic practice every now and then. Join us on the last Monday of the month for food and fellowship.All our events are free, donations welcome.
