Embodied Leadership Workshop

For over 10 years, I’ve combined my passion for horses with personal development. Last year, I trained in the United States in equine facilitated leadership development. I launched my first EMBODIED LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP for women in business in April. It was a great success, and the next workshop is planned for 21st September.

This is a unique approach to leadership development because we create a powerful, innovative experience that include facilitated work with horses.

Based on how wild horses lead their herds, you’ll experience new ways of leading yourself and your business through uncertainty with a clarity that’s sustainable and authentic.

Whether you’re starting out, been in business for a while, want a change of direction, reached a challenging threshold, or simply uncertain about your next step, the workshop offers a safe and dynamic learning environment where you can practice new ways of leading, communicating, and collaborating - with immediate, nonjudgmental feedback from the horses.

This experience is designed for women in business ready to step out of their comfort zone and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

Expect accelerated learning through the powerful, impactful and unforgettable experiences with the horses. The workshop is participant led which puts you at the centre of your learning. The group size is small (4 participants and 2 facilitators) to ensure individual support and meaningful connections.

(No experience of horses is necessary; all interactions are on the ground).
